PARMA Licensing is a boutique music catalog and custom media production house with a specialty custom audio, pre-cleared music, and music supervision.. Our team's music is featured in programs and products from Microsoft, Pixar, Discovery Channel, HBO, PBS, Universal, A&E, and many more.

Our catalog contains thousands of pre-cleared tracks ready for use in media, with an emphasis on orchestral, chamber, jazz, choral, and instrumental tracks. These are real bows on real strings, with the lush, expansive, dynamic sound that only a real ensemble can provide. Don't let that fool you though, because we've got stuff that will make you wonder why you never heard it before: whether it is prog-metal epics, jazz-world fusion beds, vocal-focused singer/songwriter confessionals, kitschy martini-minded pop, late-night solo piano, or top of the morning classical repertoire, you'll find it at PARMA.

We offer on-site and remote orchestral, chamber, small ensemble, and choral recording, full scoring and arranging packages, temping/reading sessions, supervision and consultation, and more. Want to cut everything to sound like an Appalachian square dance rather than a waltz? Done. Need a Jay-Z soundalike/parody? Not a problem. Beethoven crossed with Rush? Please! Give us a call.

Notable fact: Charlie has composed over 400 documentary scores for PBS, Discovery, National Geographic, and many more

Jonathan Sacks
Composer/orchestrator/arranger
Notable fact: Jonathan is the orchestrator for numerous Randy Newman-scored Pixar films, and his resume is a veritable recent history of Hollywood - check it out

Lewis Spratlan

Notable Fact: Lew won the Pulitzer Prize for composition for a single act from hi opera LIFE IS A DREAM, but it was not premiered until summer 2010 in its entirety (Santa Fe Opera, Leonard Slatkin conductor)
